Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Property Officer to support the Condo Manager in coordinating all aspects of a portfolio, overseeing residential/condominium operations and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. It involves inspections, meetings, and responding to residents’ needs, with a 5.5‑day work commitment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Residential/Condominium/Strata management.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways and external façade. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Respond to escalated resident’s needs, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and maintain good rapport with residents and council members.
  • Respond to feedback through various platforms such as messenger, email and/or other digital platforms.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Prepare and conduct Sub‑Committee Meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Assist in Council Meetings and General Meetings – provide first drafts of minutes.
  • Attend all emergency situations.

About The Role

As a CBRE Property Officer, you will support the Condo Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You Will Do
  • Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.

  • Able to commit 5.5 days.
