Job summary

Worldwide Hotels in Singapore seeks a strategic Head of Reservations to lead Corporate and Cluster Reservations across all properties, standardising SOPs, driving revenue, and elevating customer experience through data-driven leadership.

You will champion AI-enabled solutions, build training frameworks, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimise inventory and deliver exceptional service group-wide.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in hotel reservations at the hotel property and/or corporate level.
• 3–4 years' supervisory experience as an effective Team Lead.
• Strong working knowledge of hotel distribution systems (Hotel PMS, GDS, CRS) and related reservation technologies.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business and/or other equivalent qualifications.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or other approved AI applications) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Corporate and franchised cluster Reservations teams across all assigned hotel properties, ensuring operational consistency and objective achievement.
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures, service standards and best practices across all Reservations teams.
• Monitors forecast versus actual reservation sales data and analyses rate variance reports to identify trends and actions.
• Oversees the annual departmental operating budget and resource planning for Corporate Reservations.
• Champions the adoption of AI-powered tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and reporting.
