Job summary

Park Regis by Prince Singapore is seeking a Reservations Specialist to manage hotel bookings with a focus on high service standards and revenue optimization. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, advise on room types, and coordinate with departments to ensure availability and smooth operations.

You will confirm reservations, enter guest details accurately, and monitor daily reservation activity, cancellations, and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms
• Offer appropriate room types and price inclusions, and upsell and handle objections
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services
• Confirm reservations and send confirmation details to customers
• Ensure accurate entry of reservations, rates, guest profiles, and special requests before guests' arrival
• Review daily reservation books, reservations cancelled, and arrival reports
• Manage cancellations and modifications to existing reservations
• Manage group block activities (e.g., cut-off dates, rooming lists, pick-up, wash, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information
• Handle payment processing and deposits
