Dorsett Singapore is seeking a Reservations Officer to ensure prompt and courteous handling of all reservation inquiries and to maximise bookings. You will maintain accurate data in the reservation system, work across channels, and collaborate closely with Sales and Front Office to optimise occupancy and revenue.

Requirements include a Diploma in Hospitality or related field, at least 2 years in hospitality, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort with OPERA Cloud.

Competenze

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of OPERA Cloud reservation system will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective guest and client interactions.

Mansioni

• Handle reservation inquiries promptly, efficiently and courteously to maximise bookings.
• Provide accurate information on rates, promotions, and facilities.
• Process reservation requests via phone, email and other channels.
• Input data accurately into the reservation system and maintain complete records.
• Upsell hotel services to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure all booking paperwork and guest preferences are complete and accurate.
• Perform general admin duties to support Reservations Department operations.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Front Office to coordinate room bookings and occupancy.
• Cover for the Reservations Executive during absences.
