BCH HOTEL INVESTMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Associate to record and process Rooms and F&B inquiries received by phone, email or fax, and convert sales where possible while delivering the highest level of service.

You will confirm guest details promptly, provide current information on availability, rates and promotions, and collaborate with Front Office and F&B teams to maintain accurate bookings and occupancy reporting.

Qualifications

• Record and process Rooms and F&B reservations from guests and agents.
• Quote and recommend suitable rates or packages.
• Promote hotel products with strong product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Record and process Rooms and F&B reservations from guests, travel agents and other platforms with booking information input accurately.
• Quoting and recommending suitable package for potential guest.
• Promote the Hotel's Rooms and F&B products and services with high level of product and service knowledge.
• Engage in suggestive up-selling products and services offered by the Hotel to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office and F&B teams for compliance and quality assurance expectations.
• Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.
• Prepare reports as requested to track future rooms availability, revenue and occupancy.
• Manage all no-show reservations by investigation and recording of same.
