The successful candidate will work with Dr Ying Kai LOH on the synthesis and isolation of next‑generation carbene species under a project on Breaking the Octet Rule: From Octet‑Defying Carbon Species to Transition Metal Surrogates.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  3. Mentor undergraduate/graduate students
