Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple suppliers concurrently, and good written/verbal communication for reporting to the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating renovation, interior fit-out, or construction projects at any level.
• Basic CAD and SketchUp proficiency.
• Working knowledge of costings/BQ and AP/AR processes.
• Comfortable with on-site work and admin/documentation tasks.
• Strong organizational and reporting communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions; assist in prioritizing scope.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers; monitor progress and quality.
• Handle basic project costing and BQ work; prepare regular reports for internal and client use.
