Job summary

FOODCO SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support renovation and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, site-savvy, and able to manage schedules, sub-contractors, and basic cost documentation. You will coordinate project schedules, conduct site surveys, oversee on-site work, and handle AP/AR basics while preparing progress reports for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction project coordination is welcomed.
• Basic proficiency in CAD and/or SketchUp (SKP).
• Working knowledge of costing and basic AP/AR processes.
• Comfortable on-site as well as with documentation/admin tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Good written and verbal communication for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and update project schedules; track milestones and flag risks.
• Site Management: Conduct pre-construction site surveys; document conditions; conduct post-construction checks.
• Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management: Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers; monitor progress and quality.
• Cost & Documentation: Manage AP/AR; handle basic costing and generate project reports.

Job Description: Project Coordinator (Renovation / Fit-Out)

Job Type: Full-Time
- Expected to understand the demands of a project schedule and react accordingly.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Coordinator to support the execution of renovation and fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, site‑savvy, and comfortable managing schedules, sub‑contractors, and basic cost/documentation work in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage and update project schedules, including Notices to Sub-Contractors (NSC)
• Track project milestones and flag schedule risks early

Site Management

• Conduct pre‑construction site surveys and document existing conditions
• Assess site conditions during active phases of works and prioritize scope accordingly
• Conduct post‑construction site completion checks and close‑out inspections

Sub‑Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage and coordinate sub‑contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor sub‑con work progress and quality against agreed scope

Cost & Documentation

• Manage project AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable)
• Handle basic project costing and Bill of Quantities (BQ) work
• Prepare general project reports for internal and client‑facing use

Requirements

• Prior experience in renovation, interior fit‑out, or construction project coordination (all levels/experience/expertise welcome)
• Basic proficiency in CAD and/or SketchUp (SKP)
• Working knowledge of BQ/costing and basic AP/AR processes
• Comfortable working on‑site as well as with documentation/admin tasks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sub‑cons/suppliers concurrently
• Good written and verbal communication for reporting

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Singapore construction/fit‑out industry norms and NSC processes
• Prior experience coordinating with clients and consultants directly
