Job summary

SEAGIA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a capable project coordinator to manage renovation and construction projects on-site in Singapore. You will monitor progress, quality, and schedules, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Responsibilities include site inspections, preparing reports and schedules, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and safety rules, and controlling costs, materials, and manpower to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction or renovation projects preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site coordination.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

• Manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects.
