Job summary

Savvy Contractor Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible Interior Site Coordinator to join our Design & Build team.

You will coordinate daily interior renovation works on site, working with the Project Manager, Design Manager, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality. The role covers F&B, retail and commercial projects. You will read drawings, coordinate trades, monitor progress and site records, maintain housekeeping and safety, and help resolve site and

Qualifications

• Experience in interior renovation, F&B, retail or commercial fit-out preferred.
• Able to read and understand interior and construction drawings.
• Hands-on, responsible and solution-oriented when dealing with site issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily interior renovation and fit-out works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, workers, materials and site deliveries.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, design intent and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and quality, flag issues early.
• Coordinate trades to minimise clashes, delays and rework.
• Maintain site records, progress photographs and relevant project documentation.
