You will diagnose issues via log analysis, understand clients' IT and business landscapes, and provide leadership across incident management to restore operations quickly. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in HPE storage/compute product lines.
- Hands-on expertise with HPE storage arrays and enterprise compute platforms.
- Exposure to virtualization and OS platforms such as Linux and Windows.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex incidents via log analysis and deliver swift resolutions.
- Understand each customer’s IT and business landscape to align solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across incident management and root cause investigations.
- Communicate recovery plans clearly and design actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineers, field specialists, and account teams to accelerate resolution.
