Responsibilities
- Serve as a remote technical expert diagnosing complex incidents with log analysis.
- Understand customer IT and business landscape to align solutions with priorities.
- Provide technical leadership across incident analysis and root cause investigations.
- Communicate recovery plans and design forward-looking action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and account teams to accelerate resolutions.
