Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in East Singapore is seeking a network and systems engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise‑grade solutions for customers. You will provide on‑site and remote technical support, participate in presales activities, and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
Hands-on experience in network infrastructure and systems deployment/support.
CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS/AAA.
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and comfortable working with customers, vendors and internal teams.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure and implement network and systems solutions for customers.
Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
Support presales activities, including proposals, tenders, solution design and PoC testing.
Evaluate and test new networking, systems and cybersecurity technologies.
Work with customers, sales teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides and test reports.
