Job summary

Anson Mccade is seeking a Systems Administrator in Singapore to join a global investment firm's technology team. The role focuses on supporting Windows and Linux environments, end-user tech, and automation, with exposure to APAC travel.

The candidate will provide hands-on support for workstations, conferencing systems, and infrastructure, while collaborating across regions to drive continuous improvements and projects. Onsite, permanent position with competitive SGD compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience providing L1-L3 end-user support and ticketing.
• +
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Exposure to scripting (Python or PowerShell) advantageous.
• Prior Linux/Unix exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for workstations, peripherals, software, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
• Support meeting room technology, video conferencing, AV systems and trading floor environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and infrastructure issues with global teams and vendors.
• Administrate Windows and Linux-based systems and enterprise communications platforms.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and automation projects.
• Assist with data centre activities and infrastructure support as needed.
• Deliver high-level service to users across functions and locations.
• Occasional travel within APAC region including HK and Shanghai.
