Ethos is seeking experienced sub-editors to help train a foundational AI language model using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible role offers compensation of 70 USD per hour and 5–20 hours per week, with a start date ASAP.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA, editorial, or production reviewing business materials for accuracy and formatting, and a sharp eye for errors across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google Docs equivalents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA, editorial, or production reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
