Ethos, a new expert network backed by top investors, is seeking experienced presentation production managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Applicants should have 5+ years reviewing, proofreading, and quality-checking business documents before external delivery, with a sharp eye for formula errors and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents.
• Perform board-ready slide deck formatting reviews and audit financial models and spreadsheet formulas.
• Proof executive memos, ensure brand and template compliance, review client-facing proposals, and track cross-document consistency.
