We are seeking experienced document production specialists to train an AI model by reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides

Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery
• Ensure formatting consistency across documents and presentations
• Identify and correct formula errors and broken links where applicable
