Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced QA specialists to review business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery. This fully remote role offers flexibility of 5-20 hours per week and starts ASAP.

Compensation is $70/hour, with an emphasis on expert-level document and workbook craftsmanship, strong written communication, and meticulous attention to detail across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
