Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced QA specialists to review and polish business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery. You will validate formulas, links, and figures across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) to ensure board-ready deliverables.

This fully remote, flexible engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and a pay rate of $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and consistency.
• Audit formulas, links, and figures across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs equivalents).
• Ensure board-ready formatting and template compliance before external delivery.
