Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites a part-time Event Operations Assistant to support FS events at One-North, Singapore. The role runs up to 6 months, with workdays up to 5 per week and weekend deployments when events occur; typical hours are 8.30am–6pm, with flexible scheduling based on event needs.

You will conduct site recce, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee event execution as the Event POC, and assist with health talks, outreach, and pre-event logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be an advantage.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and members of the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FS L1 site recce to assess suitability of the venue for FS event
• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce
• Deployment to FS events as Event POC to oversee execution of entire event and vendors' performance
• Deployment to FS events to encourage/educate seniors to attend L2 follow up appointment and schedule appointment onsite
• Support Health Talk and Outreach Events
• Support pre-event planning and logistics
• Ensure smooth operations during events
