RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event delivery. You will coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality client and attendee experience.

The role requires strong problem-solving, quick decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to translate concepts into seamless events across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering end-to-end events across physical, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and risk with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all operational aspects of events, including physical, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and run sheets.
• Oversee venue setup, technical production, and event-day coordination.
• Ensure smooth execution from pre-event preparation to post-event wrap-up.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors such as caterers and logistics providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met.
• Lead and supervise event staff, contractors and volunteers.
• Provide on-site leadership and decision-making during events.
• Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
