Job summary

Parailabs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on elevating operational effectiveness and data integrity across sales, customer success, and revenue operations within complex SaaS environments.

You will refine CRM data models, design compliant workflows, resolve policy conflicts, and contribute to training materials, with emphasis on clear communication and scalable processes in regulated or multi-product settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on SaaS revenue experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models to align with evolving sales, customer success, and revenue operations requirements.
• Identify, arbitrate, and document resolutions for conflicting operational policies, explaining logical choices and tradeoffs.
• Design and validate compliance-constrained workflows for SaaS revenue processes, ensuring adherence to vertical-specific regulations.
• Diagnose and address gaps in revenue data integrity, supporting accurate, actionable reporting and analytics.
• Deliver detailed process walk-throughs based on personal system configuration experience, highlighting decision points and lessons learned.
• Contribute written and verbal insights for scenario-based operational training tasks in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Recommend system improvements with a focus on scalability, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
