Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced procurement managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality documentation across core workflows including RFP/RFQ drafting and vendor evaluations.

The role requires 4+ years in procurement, hands-on RFP/RFQ ownership, and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Excellent document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Lead RFP/RFQ drafting and vendor scoring/evaluation matrices.
• Review supplier contracts, SLAs, and spend-analysis reports.
• Assess vendor risk and develop category strategies with savings pipelines.
