Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role requires 4+ years in procurement, direct ownership of RFPs/RFQs, and expert-level craft in documents and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows: RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, and SLA reviews.
• Produce spend-analysis reports, vendor-risk assessments, and assist category strategy planning.
• Support savings-pipeline reviews and ongoing supplier-management activities.
