Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced privacy and regulatory compliance analyst to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across DPIAs, processing records, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs.

The role is fully remote with flexible, 5–20 hours per week. Start date ASAP and compensation at $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs and records of processing activities.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor DPAs meeting regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated privacy documents (DPIAs, notices, DPAs).
• Assess data protection impact assessments and breach notification protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance in training data.
