Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance manager for remote, flexible involvement to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, ensuring regulator- and customer-ready privacy notices and DPAs.

This role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, focusing on high-quality, precisely crafted documents and strong written communication across workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows.
• Contribute to DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs.
• Draft and review breach notification protocols and data-protection-related documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and high-quality outputs.
