Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of privacy and compliance to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIA ownership, ROPOAs, and gap assessments, and be adept at drafting privacy notices and DPAs for regulator and customer scrutiny.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours weekly, starting ASAP, focusing on ensuring high-quality, compliant documentation across core

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and gdpr/ccpa gap assessments
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
