Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, seeks senior program managers to guide AI-driven presentation and slide deck tasks on a flexible remote basis. You will coordinate cross-functional work streams to create, evaluate, and refine professional outputs for steering committee decks, status reports, and executive materials.

The role requires ownership of reporting cadences, expert PowerPoint craftsmanship, and meticulous written communication. Start ASAP with 5–20 hours per week, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional programs and manage reporting cadences for executive audiences.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Coordinate delivery of steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, and portfolio materials.
