Job summary

Koble Sg Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on marketer to own paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will set up campaigns, optimize, and track performance.

You will adapt creative assets, run A/B tests, and deploy to the right audiences to maximize ROAS, with daily monitoring and regular KPI reporting. Remote work is fully supported; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, and familiarity with CPC/CTR/CPA/ROAS metrics is

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools to tweak and reformat existing creative assets.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how to optimize them.
• Ability to work independently, manage ad budgets efficiently, and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in the smart home, interior design, or real estate sectors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Take ownership of in-house visual assets and tweak, resize, or reformat them to align with campaign objectives and platform dimensions.
• Continuously test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to lower CPA and improve lead quality.
• Monitor daily ad spend and performance metrics, providing regular reports on KPIs and actionable insights.
• Refine audience segments to target specific demographics such as B2B hospitality clients or condo homeowners for smart retrofit solutions.
