Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to lead data-driven mobile user acquisition and aggressive ROAS optimization from our Singapore office. This hands-on role requires analytics expertise and deep knowledge of major ad platforms.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok, while leveraging AppsFlyer for attribution and using SQL/Looker/Tableau for self-serve analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, with a mobile app growth focus.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer and multi-channel UA campaigns.
• Proven ROAS-driven campaign optimization and large monthly budgets.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of performance campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels.
• Maximize ROAS and drive efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and attribution.
• Lead creative briefs with design teams and validate ad copy and video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for copy creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Understand mobile ad fraud and prevention tools to reduce risk.
• Self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce data team dependency.
