Blockchain.com seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to drive mobile user acquisition from our Singapore office. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels with a focus on ROAS and scalable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in mobile growth, deep AppsFlyer expertise, and hands-on budget management over USD 300k/month. In-office four days/week, equity, and learning budgets accompany a dynamic crypto fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing focused on Mobile App Growth (UA).
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels.
• Maximize ROAS and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Brief design/creative teams and generate/validate ad copy and video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Understand mobile ad fraud and prevention tools.
