Job summary

Blockchain is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to drive mobile user acquisition with a data-driven approach and aggressive ROAS optimization. You will own campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and more, while partnering with design teams to produce effective ad creatives and scripts.

The role requires hands-on analytics, SQL/Looker/Tableau access, and experience with AppsFlyer. Singapore-based with four days in-office per week, equity offered and learning budgets provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, mobile app growth.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive, hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, ASA and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.
• Experience in Crypto, Fintech or Gaming industries.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Relentlessly focus on maximizing ROAS and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and attribution.
• Manage the creative process by briefing design/creative teams and generating/validating ad copy and video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile ad fraud and prevention tools.
• Self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.
