DAELITE, a boutique beauty studio in Singapore, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director with daily operations, customer communications and light marketing tasks. The role is primarily remote with weekly team meetings and a small team environment.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and reminders, and contribute to social media content and promotional materials. Prior experience in customer service or admin is a plus, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing roles and basic admin tasks.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist Director with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Support basic marketing activities and content coordination.
