Job summary

MonetizeMore is a fully remote, AI-fluent operations hub seeking a seasoned Business Operations / Project Manager to convert informal workflows into scalable systems. You will own cross-functional project governance, SOP standards, and end-to-end operational enablement while partnering with Product and leadership.

You will design data-driven processes, leverage AI for faster documentation, and build structured dashboards to support enterprise client workflows and product launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a process, project management, or business operations role.
• Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume experience; Salesforce (SFDC) experience a plus.
• Comfort with structured data, dashboards, and AI-enabled documentation.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous improvement cadence across processes; own SOP governance.
• Own internal project tracker; drive company-wide adoption and visibility.
• Support product rollout processes; formalize repeatable launch models.
• Act as operational layer across departments; surface blockers and align data/documentation needs.
• Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build scalable models.
