Job summary

MonetizeMore is a globally remote, data-forward company focused on optimizing publisher revenue through ad tech. We seek an experienced Business Operations / Project Manager to standardize workflows, govern SOPs, and enable scalable operations across product, sales, and client teams.

You will design structured data models, integrate AI tools for documentation, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting that drives accountability. A strong AdTech background and 4+ years in operations are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a process, project management or business operations role.
• Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
• Strong data handling and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Kaizen-driven process improvements and SOP governance.
• Maintain internal Notion project tracker and ensure visibility.
• Coordinate product rollout support with Group Product Manager.
• Align cross-functional enterprise client workflows and data needs.
• Design structured data models and reporting systems.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes across teams.
