Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced classroom teachers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours of 5-20 per week with an ASAP start, and pays $80 per hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across unit/lesson plans, curriculum maps, and parent communications, while ensuring high-quality, standards-aligned outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (unit/lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, parent conference notes, student progress narratives, classroom plans, improvement materials).
• Collaborate with researchers and educators to ensure alignment with standards and instructional goals.
• Maintain high-quality, error-free outputs suitable for professional use.
