Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced educators to help train their language model on professional document tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across documents, spreadsheets, and slides for K-12 contexts.

The role offers flexible, remote work with 5-20 hours weekly, starting ASAP. Candidates should have 4+ years in K-12 teaching, coaching, or administration and a track record in curriculum planning and standards-aligned design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides.
• Prepare parent-teacher conference notes and student progress narratives.
• Develop classroom management and school improvement materials.
