Ethos seeks curriculum coordinators with 4+ years in K-12 settings to create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as lesson plans, pacing guides, parent communications, and progress

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement materials.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
• Draft parent communications, student progress narratives, and classroom management plans.
• Contribute to school improvement and professional development materials.
