Job summary

Ethos is a remote, flexible opportunity for experienced headteachers to help train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We seek candidates with 4+ years of K-12 teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration, who own curriculum planning and parent communications, and who demonstrate expert-level document craftsmanship and meticulous written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and evaluate unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, and school improvement materials.
• Produce parent-teacher conference notes, student progress narratives, classroom management plans, and professional development materials.
