Job summary

EBUY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure for 24-hour operations. The role involves on-call duties, on-site visits when needed, and support across network, hardware, and printers.

Ideal candidates have relevant IT support experience and strong knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with mainly remote work and occasional on-site support in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic troubleshooting.
• Responsible, responsive and willing to attend on-site for urgent IT issues when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to the company and factory operations.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling, computers, printers, and other IT-related issues.
• Participate in an on-call arrangement and respond to urgent IT issues outside normal working hours when required.
• Attend the company premises for urgent technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Perform basic installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects when required.
