EBUY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure for 24-hour operations. The role involves on-call duties, on-site visits when needed, and support across network, hardware, and printers.

Ideal candidates have relevant IT support experience and strong knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with mainly remote work and occasional on-site support in Singapore.

Formación

PART-TIME IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Salary: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,200 per month
Work Arrangement: Mainly Work From Home, with occasional on-site support

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide technical support for our 24-hour operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to the company and factory operations.

• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling, computers, printers, and other IT-related issues.

• Participate in an on-call arrangement and respond to urgent IT issues outside normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Attend the company premises when an urgent technical issue cannot be resolved remotely. For example, if a factory network cable or connection fails during late-night operations, the technician may be required to attend the site to troubleshoot and restore the connection.

• Perform basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

• Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects when required.
