Job summary

Astreya Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery, often involving network, server or software implementations and upgrades. You will support project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, providing weekly updates, coordinating reviews, and maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience or training.
Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
Provides weekly project updates including action item updates.
Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on actions.
Communicate status to the project team.
Maintains and monitors project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
Assist with identifying project issues and escalating to management.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and follow up on decisions.
Collaborates with regional teams responsible for resources and ticket resolution.
Assists with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and reassigning tickets as needed.
Produces regular reports and identifies trends for resolution.
Develops and maintains knowledge and skills with new processes and procedures.
Supports SDMs/Project Managers with analytical needs and KPI delivery.
Other duties as required.
