Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate IT engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects and backfills daily.
• Manage intern schedules for deployment.
• Liaise with Sales and IT departments on after-sales matters.
• Maintain good communication with customers and handle incoming calls and inquiries from corporate customers.
• Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain service items inventory control.
• Keep proper records for billing purposes.
• Keep service form inputs up to date in the system.
