Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, or Growth Marketing in fintech or crypto venues.
• Experience designing and executing trading growth campaigns, rebates, leaderboards, or loyalty programs.
• Strong understanding of trader behavior and event-driven trading strategies.
• Experience using data to optimize growth performance and campaign ROI.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for RWA perpetual products across assets.
• Increase first trade conversions, active traders, and trading volume.
• Design and run trading campaigns, rebates, leaderboards, and rewards.
• Create incentive mechanisms for different user segments and markets.
• Monitor market events and translate trends into campaigns and activations.
• Improve trading funnels from registration to repeat trading.
• Track growth metrics and optimize ROI across campaigns.
