Job summary

Randstad Singapore is representing a leading global crypto trading platform seeking a Head of Business Growth & Operations to build scalable processes and improve cross-functional efficiency across multiple regions and product lines. The role requires strong collaboration, process design, data-driven management, and experience supporting multi-region or multi-product operations.

You will drive growth strategies, coordinate with product, BD and Ops, and ensure consistent regional execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership roles within fast-growing tech, fintech, or crypto companies.
• Comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to support multi-region or multi-product operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume across all regions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across spot derivatives, staking, payments, and emerging product lines.
• Act as the global coordination layer that translates business goals into actionable growth initiatives.
• Ensure regional teams execute consistently while adapting to local market needs.
• Build and standardize workflows that support rapid international expansion and multi-product growth.
• Remove inefficiencies and bottlenecks across global growth operations.
• Work closely with Product to shape features that improve global user experience, liquidity, and trading depth.
• Coordinate with BD and Ops on listings, campaigns, partnerships, and liquidity programs across regions.

The ideal candidate should have strong cross-functional collaboration, process design, data-driven management, and supporting multi-region or multi-product operations.

About the role

• Develop and execute global growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume across all regions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across spot derivatives, staking, payments, and emerging product lines.
