Job summary

OKX is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead growth across trading and asset products, including token-listing campaigns. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, run marketing campaigns, and optimize for higher trading volume and asset growth through data-driven experimentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product or growth roles, strong data analysis skills, and a solid understanding of trading products. Crypto/fintech background is a plus. Remote work flexibility may vary by region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, growth, or campaign operations.
• Strong data analysis skills; able to reach conclusions independently from data and turn them into decisions.
• Solid understanding of trading products (spot, derivatives, TradFi) and their users.
• Comfortable driving execution across functions and keeping many moving parts on track.

Responsibilities

• Drive product feature delivery: end-to-end delivery, grooming, UI/UX reviews, progress tracking, launch acceptance.
• Run campaigns end-to-end: setup, configure, manage campaigns, token-listing, staking, integration with features.
• Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns across spot, perpetuals, TradFi; design and iterate growth mechanics.
• Own channel attribution and analysis: break down volume by channel, campaign, incentive; provide ROI and segments.
• Monitor and optimize: track real-time data, respond to anomalies, produce retrospective reports.
