Job summary

J&L Apex Advisory is building a new US equities growth engine within a crypto-native platform, operating fully remote with cross-timezone collaboration. The role reports to the COO, defining north star metrics and driving the growth strategy from scratch.

You will own funnel optimization, paid and organic acquisition, and user segmentation to maximize ARPU and AUM. Expect high autonomy and cross-functional support across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or user operations within internet, fintech or securities.
• Experience in US equities brokerage growth preferred.
• Hands-on command of data-driven decision-making and growth methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy and north star metrics for the US equities business.
• Oversee paid and organic acquisition (social ads, partnerships, SEO/ASO, content).
• Own the end-to-end funnel: account opening → KYC → funding → first trade conversion.
• Segment users (new/active/dormant/high net worth) and tailor strategies to tiers.
• Design refer-a-friend features and iterate to balance acquisition mix.
• Build an A/B testing framework and growth dashboard to align product, marketing, and business.
