Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to drive user growth, activation, and engagement for our RWA Perpetual trading business. You will design campaigns, optimize funnels, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, BD, and Community teams to scale trading activity and revenue.

The role emphasizes converting market events into high-impact campaigns, improving first-trade conversion, active traders, and retention across U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Growth Operations or related fields in crypto/fintech.
• Experience designing trading growth campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for RWA perpetual products.
• Design and optimize user journeys from registration to high-frequency trading.
• Design and execute trading campaigns: first trade rewards, leaderboards, rebates.
• Monitor market events and convert trends into campaigns and activation initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, BD to improve funnels.
• Track growth metrics and ROI across channels.
