Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on growth leader who pairs sharp storytelling with an experimental mindset to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals. You’ll own consumer growth end-to-end, aligning discovery and value, building habits, and expanding the user base.

You will work closely with product, research and engineering teams, and coordinate merchant partnerships to reinforce the end-user experience.

You’ll own consumer growth end-to-end: how people discover the company, experience its value, build a habit around it, and bring others in. The core challenge is making acquisition and the product reinforce each other as we learn what actually works.

Responsibilities:

• Positioning and acquisition: testing audiences, messaging, content, community, partnerships, and paid channels — directing investment toward what the evidence supports.

• Activation, retention, and referrals: partnering with the product team to understand where users find value, where they drop off, and what brings them back.

• Growth economics and learning: tracking acquisition costs and cohort behavior, running disciplined experiments, and converting what works into repeatable growth playbooks.

• Candidates should bring hands-on consumer growth experience with examples of sustained results — what you tried, what didn't work, how you measured it, and why the results held up over time. Strong writing, analytical judgment, and comfort working with AI tools all matter here

• You'll work closely with product, research, and engineering teams, and coordinate merchant partnerships where they enhance the end-user experience. There's real room to set direction and full ownership over execution.
