Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable customers across the globe. You will work with the Lead CSM to analyze pain points and apply UpGuard solutions, collecting feedback to improve the product and processes.

You will manage customer relationships, deliver success plans, and coordinate with Product, Sales & Marketing to drive adoption and expansion across industries and regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer success, project management or account management.
• Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
• Experience building customer relationships at scale.
• Highly organized with documentation skills.
• High level of English written and spoken.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with many internal groups.
• Curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use UpGuard to meet their goals.
• Provide resources to customers, including success plans, training sessions and regular check-in calls.
• Engage customers early and frequently to maximize value from day one and sustain engagement.
• Translate customer requirements by mapping risk management frameworks to UpGuard capabilities.
• Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education when value is not being realized.
• Advocate for customers; update internal stakeholders on customer perspectives, risks, and opportunities.
